The villa’s charming interior is a combination of minimal architecture with provincial beach house elements; it hosts a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances that lead into a living-sitting space with direct access to the water-front swimming pool and its wide terraces.
With a private lagoon-like infinity swimming pool next to a large wooden shaded pergola at the front and a beautiful dining area with a traditional wood fire BBQ at the back, Villa Serenity offers the perfect entertainment mixed with luxury.
The two stone-built structures, Villa Serenity and its sister villa Felicity are constructed with natural materials in total accordance with the area’s landscape. Both distinguish themselves with their unique designs and quiet location, as well as being perfect for large groups while still granting privacy one from the other.
A private path leads in 5 minutes directly to the beach. The properties’ 4.500 sq.m. private land, located on a dead-end small street, offer peaceful surroundings.

In case of cancellation of up to 31 days before arrival, the amount of the down payment of the reservation is charged as cancellation fees.

Our Non-Refundable rates are valid for bookings made and paid for up to 60 days before guests’ arrival at our property. Bookings made under Non-Refundable rates require full prepayment at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation of a booking made under Non-Refundable rates, at any time, the total value of the reservation is charged as cancellation fees (100%)
